7 Reasons not to Try ‘handling’ Your Design

1. Final Outcome

Profits as Proof. Agencies do not represent overhead to be justified. Agencies are deployed when the investment can be shown to generate profits, and they know they have to prove it every time. Intrigue Design has a proven plan to combine image with message and smart marketing strategies to produce results. That result needs to be a solution that converts all your creative efforts into sales.

2. Track Record

How many brands has your in-house marketing person/team built and transformed into growth- and revenue-generators? Probably not many. The team at Intrigue Design has put hundreds of brands to work generating rewards for their companies.

3. Depth & Experience

Branding is a big job. One person can’t do it. It requires a first-rate team of marketing strategists, writers, designers, developers and media experts and many others. Intrigue Design has them all, with well over 20 years of experience in management.

4. Cost

Hiring even a few experts in each of these fields will cost you well in excess of $300,000 a year. A creative agency like Intrigue Design can offer turn-key solutions, including all services and products at a fraction of the cost of a less impactfull in-house solution.

5. Project Management

Every project gets a full-time project manager to assure fast and efficient communication and project fulfillment. Additionally Intrigue Design has created a web-based project viewing, revision and approval system so you can check, collaborate and make changes to your projects 24/7. .

6. Environment

Our managers are able to collaborate with all of our creative talent instantly via our proprietary job management system. It allows us to try out new ideas, critique each other’s work, analyze and improve strategies, brainstorm, etc. Additionally Intrigue Design has state-of-the-art hardware, network and software as well as a full network of professional vendors to assure marketing success. This quite simply isn’t available as an in-house option.

7. Truth

The job of an outside agency is to look at your organization objectively and tell you the truth about your strengths, weaknesses and needs. (We’re not afraid to tell the boss he or she is wrong!) It is well known that most companies have an “inside out” perspective of their business. As “outsiders,” Intrigue Design is able to focus on the outside-in perspective – which is that of your customers.

Hi! again…
Nice music!
Nice Designs!
Nice channel? >>> harquitectura

what program did u use??

Obviously you are a very capable person, and just between the two of us, I admire you. You ought to keep a journal of your experiences and later publish it after you retire (so you can't be fired for telling the truth)

Try to temper your attitude with some compassion for those less capable than you. They will never be as successful as you will become.

And be sensitive to the enormous stress you are under running an office AND finishing up a doctorate. That can make you short tempered and inflexible if you are not careful.

I know you will do well and that you really don't need all that much advice. You should be proud of your accomplishments and look forward to a better future.

193. Right handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left handed people do.

278. Around 2,000 left-handed people die annually due to improper use of equipment designed only for right handed people.

I think Hillery Clinton summarized Saddam's relationship with 9/11 best ..
In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002
As a sanctuary and an aid to al qaeda the threat of WMD including nuclear possibilities made him an important target for the well being of the US and the world. Afghanistan alone is not a threat , it did not have the capabilities of Iraq which is why both areas became targets..

Some really nice designs there, but most, if not all, appear to be bedrooms rather than interior designs in general. nice video anyway.

I am surprised that the school you are getting your PhD from is allowing you to keep working like that.

Is your goal to be an office manager? If it is keep doing what your doing and back off the PhD studies for a while. If it is not then get rid of it and take a job at the school as a G.A. If your are getting your PhD through a distance learning school look for an adjunct position at a local community college while you finish your PhD.

Dhamma friend,
My master once told a Prof.of psychology from Cambrige U(a Buddhist as well) that he is a seeker of knowledge only.Having knowledge is good, but the ability to use the knowledge to advance spiritually is better.
The Buddha has shown us the WAY,we have to step onto the path and travel on it.All the academic discussion is good, but without travelling the Path shown by the Buddha,it is useless.

'Appamadena sampadetha vaya dhamma sankhara'

'Work diligently. All component things are impermanent.'

These are some great design concepts. I also saw some awesome photos of design ideas on this website called PLATINODESIGN(dot)COM

very thoughtful designs. Nice work

Having once been an office manager myself, I know that it's a really hard job that doesn't get much respect. People have no idea how much you're handling. You're constantly task switching and trying to keep from going crazy. I commend you for doing such an awesome job.

My suggestion is that you should leave, but first you have to figure out why you've held on to this job for so long. Maybe you're staying because it's familiar or you're afraid to upset your co-workers. Don't worry about them, they will move on once you leave. And it's possible that they'll replace you with someone who's not that good, but that's not your problem. Take care of yourself.

I have a feeling that you like to handle multiple tasks and enjoy taking responsibility for independent projects. You can transfer those interests to another more rewarding and enjoyable career. But you have to get clear about what it is that you really want first.

Your current office position has served it's purpose and now it's time for you to move on. You've outgrown it and the people that you work with. Go some place that is deserving of your talents, compassion, and dedication.

Before you resign, again take time to figure out what you really want to do. Perhaps you're ready for a management or consulting job in whatever field you want to be in. Or maybe you can start a part-time business while working at another job. Either way, it's time leave that place for more meaningful work.

Don't be afraid to leave this job. Just roll up your sleeves, start brainstorming ideas, ignore your fears, and go forward. It'll be scary in the beginning, but it's well worth the effort and things will work out. I left my job earlier this year and have not looked back. My life has improved 300%. It was well worth it. I love getting up in the morning and starting my day.

Here's a great book for you to read if you're not sure how to get started on your journey:

"I Could Do Anything If I Only Knew What It Was: How to Discover What You Really Want and How to Get It" by Barbara Sher (the link is below)

Good luck with your new and exciting career!

I’ve patented an attractive metal futon that can be assembled in about two minutes by one person without instruction, tools, or small parts like nuts and bolts. It’s also far easier to convert to a bed than other futons.

I designed it to be cheap and easy to manufacture. I’m selling the exclusive patent rights for $5k plus a very small royalty. You can watch a short demonstration by clicking on my screen name. Contact me any time.

Thanks for watching.
